A Head Full of Dreams, Coldplay | LP Cover Redesign
This project uses a combination of photography, typography, and package design to communicate a concept based on the music represented in the album. I chose to redesign Coldplay’s A Head Full of Dreams 2015 album cover.

Sketches & Research
I started out by listening to every song and writing down quotes that stood out to me. From there, I gathered a common theme of freedom, traveling the world, heartbreak, and many outer space references.
Photography Process
The top section represents my attempts at using a panning effect while shooting. The bottom images are based on the lyric “I think I landed in a world I haven’t seen.”

During this process I discovered a disconnect between my car images because, as fun as they were to create, they weren’t portraying the story I wanted anymore.
